Terms of Service
Last updated: April 4, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Ticket0 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Ticket0 is an AI-powered customer service platform that processes support emails and chat messages, drafts AI-assisted responses, manages knowledge bases, and provides analytics. The Service operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model — you provide your own AI provider API keys.
3. Accounts & workspaces
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Each workspace is managed by its owner, who controls team access and permissions.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Your data
You own your data. Support emails, chat messages, knowledge base content, and customer information you process through Ticket0 remain yours. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your data or close your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the data you send through Ticket0, including compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) as they relate to your end customers.
5. AI & BYOK
- Ticket0 uses AI models to draft responses, classify tickets, translate messages, and support other workflow features. AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending to customers, especially when confidence thresholds or automated actions are enabled.
- You provide your own API keys for AI providers such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. You are responsible for your relationship with those providers, including their terms, policies, account status, rate limits, and usage charges.
- We encrypt your API keys at rest and use them only to process your requests through the Service.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and configuring how AI features are used in your workspace.
- AI processing costs are billed directly by your chosen provider or gateway. Ticket0 does not mark up those charges.
- Ticket0 does not resell, absorb, reimburse, or otherwise cover third-party AI provider charges.
- You are solely responsible for all charges incurred through the API keys connected to your workspace, including token usage, request charges, model usage fees, overages, taxes, and any other provider-side billing.
- If a third-party AI provider suspends, throttles, rejects, or bills usage associated with your keys, that is a matter between you and that provider.
6. Spend controls and usage limits
- Ticket0 may provide spend caps, usage warnings, feature toggles, pause thresholds, or similar controls to help you manage AI usage.
- These controls are provided as usage-management tools, not as a guarantee that third-party billing will stop at an exact threshold.
- Delayed provider metering, queued work, retries, race conditions, background processing, or differences in third-party billing systems may result in charges beyond a configured limit.
- You remain responsible for monitoring usage, configuring appropriate limits both inside Ticket0 and with your AI providers, and disabling features if you do not want further usage.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to process illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
8. Plans & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance. Overages beyond any applicable grace buffer are billed according to the pricing page or your order terms.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscriptions are honored until renewal.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@ticket0.ai for billing questions.
- For clarity: Ticket0 subscription fees are separate from third-party AI provider charges. Paying Ticket0 does not cover usage billed to your own AI provider accounts.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We're not liable for downtime or degraded performance caused by third-party services, including AI providers, email delivery providers, hosting infrastructure, or external integrations.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code, and documentation are owned by Ticket0. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what's needed to use the Service. Your content remains yours — see Section 4.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket0's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, third-party AI provider charges, or disputes arising from your use of third-party AI services — even if we were advised of their possibility.
12. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from your settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice when practical.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We'll retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
