What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is one inbound support request — the ticket opened when a customer reaches out — plus all agent and AI activity involved in resolving it. Follow-up replies within the same ticket don't count as separate conversations.

What is BYOK AI?

BYOK ("bring your own key") means you connect your own AI provider API key (e.g. Anthropic). Ticket0 calls the model on your behalf — we never mark up inference costs or share capacity across customers. You see exactly what you pay.

What do AI features typically cost with BYOK?

Typical cost per conversation is $0.03–$0.08 depending on which features are enabled and which models you use. These costs are in addition to your platform fee. You can set monthly AI spend caps and toggle individual AI features off at any time.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

A 10% grace buffer is included at no extra charge. Beyond that, overages are billed at $0.05 per conversation. We'll notify you before you approach your limit — you can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately — you're only charged the pro-rated difference.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans save up to 20% and are billed once per year. Cancel any time.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or early-stage startups?

Yes. Contact us and we'll work something out. We want Ticket0 to be accessible to teams doing important work regardless of budget.
